Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that retiral benefits have still not been released to the petitioner and he is suffering from serious ailment. Learned counsel for the respondents assures that due and admissible retiral benefits shall be released in favour of the petitioner by the next date of hearing. Compliance affidavit in this regard be filed within two weeks. List on 07.11.2025.” 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 2. Pursuant thereto, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record office order dated 06.11.2025 and on that basis submitted that all retiral benefits admissible to the petitioner have now been released in his favour. The above position is acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, contempt proceedings are closed as the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed.
