K SRINIVASA MURTHY The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- The petitioner is challenging the Charge Sheet dated 03.12.2011, the enquiry was proposed to be conducted against the petitioner on account of the misappropriation of certain amounts and also a criminal case was registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.86 of 2011. The petitioner sought a stay on the disciplinary proceedings pending in the criminal case, but no interim order was granted by this Court. 2. The respondents, in their counter, submit that the enquiry has been completed and that the charges in the criminal complaint and the disciplinary proceedings are distinct and different. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents that the enquiry has been concluded, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition, as the petitioner has challenged the issuance of the Charge Sheet. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
