This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment to the post of Sr. Teacher, Grade-II (Social Science) in furtherance of recruitment of the year 2008. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the cut-off marks for the Scheduled Tribes category was 278.23, whereas, the petitioner has secured only 276.23 and in this manner he had not found place in the merit list and therefore he has not been given appointment. 3. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent, the Court finds no merit in the writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed. 4.
