The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 258/2023 arising out of Ichak P.S. Case No. 118/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 715/2023, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Sameera Devi who died due to burn injuries in her matrimonial home. It is alleged that the petitioner had immolated her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the deceased had committed suicide and the petitioner in order to save her sustained burn injury. It was further submitted that charge has been framed in this case and since last seven months, no witness has been examined. Photograph of the petitioner has been filed to show that he was also injured during the occurrence. It was finally submitted that the deceased had committed suicide as the petitioner was drunkard. 5. It appears that the Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 2325 of 2024. 6. Considering the fact that the Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
