This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.118 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the F.I.R., deceased is one Sugriv Prasad, who is said to have been assaulted by co-accused Aman Kumar. So far as the petitioner is concerned he is said to have assaulted one Janardan Prasad on his head with a sword. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent. The injuries of Janardan Prasad is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The co- accused Aman Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/concerned Court below, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S.
