PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 9636/2022 ORDER: The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioner/ Accused No.1, seeking quashment of proceedings pending against him in Crime No. 762 of 2022 on the file of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District. 2. Heard Sri B.V.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the Petitionerand Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. As can be seen from the proceeding sheet, this court vide order dated 02.12.2022, directed the Police to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Cr.P.C. 4. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.
