The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No.12 of 2024, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.18 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 8(b), 15(b), 17(b), 18 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. Bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8430 of 2024 by order dated 09.01.2025. 4. It is alleged that about 9 kilograms of poppy husk and 1.2 kilograms of opium were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused. 5. It was submitted that quantum of seized contraband separately comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with Kuchai P.S.
