While placing on record copy of office order dated 20.11.2025, issued under the signature of Managing Director Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents, states that respondents after having considered case of the petitioner in light of judgment dated 9.11.2023, passed in CWPOA No. 2343 of 2020, titled Vikram Singh v. Himachal Road Transport Corporation (alongwith connected matters), have rejected the same on the ground that petitioner is not similarly situate to Vikram Singh’s case, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.

Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, praying therein to lay challenge to the aforesaid
order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the
judgment alleged to have been violated.
