By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who is widow of late Rang Bahadur Patel, Retired Constable 286 CP, has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities, to Revise/ Recalculate the pension of the petitioner on the original pay scale of the petitioner's Husband and also to grant the benefits of Revised Pay scale & 7th Pay Commission, in view of the Relevant Government Orders dated 21/07/2011, 17/03/2012, 05/11/2014, 03/03/2015, 26/08/2015, 23/12/2016, 10/06/2017, 18/07/2017, 10/10/2017 & 13/04/2020 with all consequential benefits." It appears from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the authority vide representation dated 13.11.2024 sent by registered post, copy of which is annexed as Annexure No. 5 to the petition. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 3 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
