The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 514 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/132/109/126(2)/115(2)/324(4)/324(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3 of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the court of Smt. Archana Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate-XXXI, Ranchi. On 20.09.2025 at about 11:30 p.m., named accused persons along-with several unknown persons started protesting against accidental death of a person near Sanjay Gandhi College. Mob also attacked the police station, due to which, the Officer In-charge sustained injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
