(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 134 of 2024, under Sections 120B, 363, 368, 370 IPC and Section 16/17 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Banbhulpura, District Nainital. She has sought her release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. Her first bail application was dismissed in non prosecution on 20.02.2025. 4. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 2 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
