Mr. Sandeep Singh Ghangas, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and has filed his power of attorney. He submits that on 07.04.2025 itself, the affidavit as regards assets, income and expenditure had been filed before the Family Court at Panipat. He has produced a copy of the order dated 07.04.2025 which is taken on record. He submits that the petitioner had due knowledge of the said fact, but did not bring the same to the notice of this Court. 2. Since the affidavit stands filed, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Rule stands discharged and the contempt petition stands disposed of.
