Both these Bail Applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties
3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 326(f), 326(g), 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 4. On 10.07.2025, at about 02:30 P.M., 38 named persons and some unknown persons came to the house of the informant and they set ablaze her house. They also assaulted the husband of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 5. It was submitted that the deceased and his son were alleged to have committed the murder of one of the co-villagers namely Dinesh Prajapati. It was further submitted that the occurrence had taken place in retaliation to the murder of Dinesh Prajapati. It was also submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was finally submitted
that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) December 18, 2025 Nandini/- Uploaded 20.12.2025
