Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(b), 20(a)(1) of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, 25 kilograms Ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that huge quantity of 25 kilograms Ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. 6.
