Heard the parties
1. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Hansdiha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238(a) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka.
2. On 25.07.2024, at about 02:30 noon., brother of the informant namely Manik Chandra Mirdha had gone outside his house and thereafter, he was found hanging from a Neem tree. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioners that due to previous enmity, they might have committed his murder.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record.
4. Mr. Shailesh Kr Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the police dog had entered into the house of these petitioners.
5. Considering the fact that there is no substantiasl evidence against the petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Hansdiha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024.
