For the Respondent: Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated Nil, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Hamirpur, learned counsel representing the respondent states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied. 2. Having perused the aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds that sum of Rs. 21, 24,570/- stands paid to the petitioner on account of DCRG and leave encashment. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed. The respondents are directed to ensure that amount on account of interest on delayed payment is also released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks.
