Case No. 195 of 2025 arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109, 308(3), 308(4) of the B.N.S., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Randhir Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra. 3. On 06.07.2024, at about 08:30 A.M., the informant received informantion that unknown miscreants have fired near a hotel to enforce the demand of Rangdari. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in connection with S.T.
