This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue a writ or order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Art 226 of Constitution of India declaring the action of respondents though the petitioner is entitled for amounts of Rs 59,741/- as an arrears of salary had not been paid to the petitioner till date is as illegal arbitrary and void Consequently directing the respondents to release the arrears of salary for an amount of Rs.59,

741/- with interest of the petitioner as he entitled and to pass...”
2. Ms. Priya Anvitha, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner on record would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and she requested this Court to close the present Writ Petition.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
