Vs. State of Rajasthan, S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17418/2016 decided on 08.09.2025 and prays [2025:RJ-JP:40714] (2 of 2) [CW-2027/2017] that this matter may also be decided in the light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned Counsel for the respondents do not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submissions made at bar, while allowing the application No. 2/2025, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 08.09.2025 rendered in the case of Pinki Yadav (Supra).
