The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 10.5.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 11099 of 2024. Through order dated 10.5.2024 this Court had stayed the operation of the order of the court below allowing the impleadment application of the subsequent purchasers. The grievance of the applicant in the present contempt application is that the subsequent purchasers are forcibly interfering in the possession of the applicant over the suit property, which the applicant claims to be in disobedience of the order of this Court. The order of this Court only relates to the proceedings of the case in the court below and does not relate to the conduct of the parties on the spot. On the pleadings of the applicant, no case is made out for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed.
