This Court, while admitting this OP(C) on 21.02.2025, has stayed Ext.P6 on condition that the petitioner remitting an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) within a period of one month. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some financial crisis, the same could not be complied with. Since the deposit is not done, the interim order automatically stands vacated. Therefore, the Original Petition itself is dismissed.
