The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 37/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27, 25(1-A), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. During the intervening night of 06/07.07.2023, encounter ensued between the Naxals and the police party in Tilsereng Forest. It appears that none of the police personnel were injured in this occurrence. 4. From the impugned order, it appears that apart from the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, there is no other material against him. It further appears that co-accused Deodhari Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 503 of 2024. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Kunda P.S.
