Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Hanwara P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda. 4. It was submitted that 3.50 Kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with Hanwara P.S.
