1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s);- (I) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner case. (ii) That the Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for correct the Error showing in Bhuiyan Portal as the land bearing Khasra Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.08.06 10:51:38 +0530
2 No. 1226/08 Rakba 0.0490 hectare, has not been shown in the name of the petitioner within stipulated period. (iii) That the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the respondent No. 6 to register the sale deed of the land bearing khasra No. 1226/08 Rakba 0.0490 hectare situated in the village Hafa Tahsil Takhatpur District Bilaspur by taking original copy of the revenue records by the petitioner within stipulated period. (iv) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is the resident of village Magala, Tah. & Distt. Bilaspur and she is the recorded owner of the land situated in village Hafa bearing Khasra No. 1126/08 Rakba 0.0490 hectare, which are purchased by the petitioner by way of registered sale deed on 09.09.2020 from registered owner Ramnarayan Kushwaha. On this land, the name of the petitioner has been recorded in the revenue record and she is in possession of the same. The name of the petitioner has been mutated on 15.10.2020 by the respondent authority. On 09.07.2025, the petitioner has submitted application to the Tahsildar Sakri through respondent No. 6 regarding to correct the Error showing in Bhuiyan Portal of the subject land bearing Khasra No. 1226/08 Rakba 0.0490 hectare situated in village Hafa Patwari Halka No. 44 Revenue Circle Sakari Distt. Bilaspur. It is stated that the above land has been purchased by her and the mutation of her name has been made and it is recorded in her name and she is in possession of the above land. It is further stated that she wants to sell of the above land because of marriage of her daughter and in the Bhuiyan App, the Error has
3 been shown as there is no remaining Rakba despite the facts that the name of the petitioner has been recorded in the revenue records. It is requested that the Error shown in Bhuiyan Portal may be corrected so that she may execute the sale deed for purpose of marriage of her daughter. Lastly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after submitting the application, no action was taken by the respondent authority and the petitioner again made application to the Collector Bilaspur and requested that the direction may be issued to the authority to correct the Error showing in Bhuiyan Portal as the particular Khasra bearing No. 1226/08 Rakba 0.0490 hectare has not been shown and due to this reasons, she is not able to execute the sale deed, therefore he prays for a direction for correcting the error showing in Bhuiyan Portal of the land of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending application/ representation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. If the petitioner files a fresh application before the respondent No. 4, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of
4 keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all relevant documents before the respondent No. 4 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in turn the respondent No. 4 shall consider/decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
