The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities to relieve her for her transferred place of posting which has been ordered on 08-08-2024 (Annexure-P/1) and prayed following relief:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to relieve the petitioner to her place of transferred i.e. City Division (Center), Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in compliance of transfer order dated 08-08-2024 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission that the petitioner though has been transferred on 08-08-2024, but till date she has not been relieved despite her repeated representation made before the authorities on 12-06-2025 and 23-07-2025 and therefore, the authorities concerned may be directed to relieve her for her transferred place of posting and to decide her pending representation in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the place of posting of the petitioner is a scheduled area and until and unless any reliever would come at his place he cannot be relieved. However, if direction is given to the authorities to decide the pending representation of the petitioner, they will decide the same as per the applicable rules and circulars of the CSPDCL. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and 3 the issue involved in the present writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing the respondent authorities to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 12-06-2025 and 23-07-2025 in accordance with the applicable rules and circulars of the CSPDCL within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the authorities within a period of one week from today. 7.
