Heard Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. The petitioner sought for grant of patta in his name with respect to the subject property and the same came to be rejected by the second respondent through proceedings dated 17.10.2020. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent and the same is pending. Since no final orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
