2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the candidature of one Rajdeep, son of Chheyalish Karmali-respondent no. 5 is kept in abeyance and pending and in the event it is decided against the said person, the petitioner will get appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have kept the matter pending since long and are not taking decision, thus, delaying the claim of the petitioner. He submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondent no. 3 to decide the issue of appointment of Rajdeep, son of Chheyalish Karmali-respondent no. 5 as early as possible.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that decision would be taken at the earliest as possible.
5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the

respondent no. 3-The Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman to decide the candidature of Rajdeep as early as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to Rajdeep, son of Chheyalish Karmali-respondent no. 5.
6. After consider the candidature of Rajdeep the respondents should take decision either way within the aforesaid period and thereafter consequential action should be taken by them.
7. This writ petition stands disposed of.
