The challenge in this Petition is to the Order dated 13th January 2023 passed by learned Judge, Family Court at Kolhapur in Petition No.A-21/2022 by which maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- has been granted. 3. As both Petitioner and Respondent are staying together, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition, at this stage with liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging the impugned order, if need arises. 4.
