(Oral) Careful perusal of reply filed at the behest of respondents No.1 to 3 reveals that impugned transfer order, whereby petitioner, who at present is working as Veterinary Pharmacist at Veterinary Dispensary Shankar Dehra, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh was transferred to Veterinary Dispensary Sapnot, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, has been cancelled. 2. Having carefully perused afore reply, especially office order dated 18.12.2025 (Annexure R-2/1), learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in view of subsequent developments, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
