Sahani, Advocate For the State :- Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, APP ---- 04/01.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kanke P.S Case No. 100 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 86 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Section 5 of the NDPS Act and section 27 (b) (ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that 39 bottles of 100 ml Corex cough syruyp were recovered from the house of one Binod Gope and Binod Gope has been granted the anticipatory bail in A.B.A No. 5768 of 2025. He further submit that name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused Sunita Devi who happened to be the wife of Binod Gope. He further submits that petitioners has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 15. ( 2025:JHHC:35871 ) --2-- 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that name of the petitioners have come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the said cough syrup was recovered from the house of Binod Gope and Binod Gope has been granted the anticipatory bail and also the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned, Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi , in connection Kanke P.S Case No. 100 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 86 of 2025 with subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 01.12.2025 (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
