In her letter, the petitioner submitted that she did not wish to pursue the criminal revision case and she wished to withdraw the same. She ultimately urged to dismiss the case as not pressed. 3. Heard learned counsel for respondent No.1 and also the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor who also report no objection for dismissing the case as not pressed.
