The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2) and 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and petitioner no. 01 is a 72 years old man. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
