The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 118(1), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri S. K. Verma, learned J.M., 1st Class, Sahibganj. On 25.05.2025 at about 6:30 A.M., the petitioner along with co- accused persons are alleged to have stabbed the mother of the informant, due to which she sustained injuries. From the perusal of injury report, it appears that the injured has sustained lacerated wounds. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.
