In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to give him the ACP and MACP which he is entitled to and the monetary benefit of the same, with arrears after refixation of the pensionary and retiral benefits. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed by the petitioner and suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent No.4- Secretary, Department of Water Resource, Government of Jharkhand, his case will be considered and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same will be granted to the petitioner. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation within three weeks before the respondent No.4- Secretary, Department of Water Resource, Government of Jharkhand. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within six weeks and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief, appropriate order will be passed within four weeks thereafter. If it is found that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief as claimed, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6.
