Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, would submit that on 01.09.2025 the order dated 17.06.2025 by which the petitioner was assigned the additional work of Surgical Specialist at District Baloda Bazar, has been cancelled. He has placed a copy of order dated 01.09.2025 along with list of allotted PG Candidates Round-1, 2025, which is taken on record. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the order dated 17.06.2025 is already cancelled by the respondent authority, his grievance is redressed and now he does not want to press this petition any further.
