1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s);- (1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate writ(s)/order(s) and direct respondents to make necessary arrangements and disbursal of funds to the Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.08.08 11:24:31 +0530
2 petitioner so that his dues totaling to INR 2,21,236/- can be cleared within a time framed fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate writ/order and direct the respondent No. 3 to take cognizance and act upon the letter of respondent No. 4 which is Annexure P/1 dated 15.04.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (iii) Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is the second round of litigation by the petitioner. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities whereby petitioner is not getting payment for his work which he has provided to respondents during the time of covid. It is important to mention here that despite not getting paid for his service after several requests, the petitioner has filed the writ petition before this Hon'ble Court bearing WPC No. 5797/2024 for non-payment of amount towards the work of which the petitioner has already been completed. In which Hon'ble court was kind enough to directed respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the representation moved by the petitioner as early as possible within preferably a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of that order, in compliance of order the respondent No. 4 has requested the allotment of funds from respondent No. 3 through letter dated 15/04/2025 it is noteworthy to submit here that deliberately having knowledge of their liability respondents have not allotted the funds yet, therefore, he prays for disbursal of the amount for the work done by him.
3. Learned State Counsel opposed the submission made by the petitioner
3 and the claim of the petitioner towards the undisputed amount shall be considered and decided, subject to verification of the
facts.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of keeping this petition pending, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the respondent No. 3 & 4 to make necessary arrangements and disburse the undisputed amount of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to verification of the documents.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) Judge Jyoti
