2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 125(a), 281, 249, 6(2), 3(5), of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1- B)(a), 25(6) and 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
3. On 25.06.2025, at about 10:15 A.M., Sidhgora Police apprehended two persons namely Raja Singh and Sahil Singh from Straight Mile Road, Jamshedpur. On their confession, house of Mahesh Singh Bhumij was raided and on search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from there. The petitioner was present at the place of occurrence at the time of raid.
4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025.
