By the instant writ petition, petitioner is praying for the following relief: “To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to cancel the transfer order dated 03.03.2025.” 5. In the pre lunch session, Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the Election Commission was directed to get complete instructions in the matter and matter was posted for post lunch session. 6. On the basis of written instructions, Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1, informs to this Court that in compliance of impugned order, petitioner has already joined his duties on the transferred place on 06.03.2025. He further submits that there are various complaints against the petitioner and petitioner has also taken away the entire record relating to his joining in the transferred place. 7. Since Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has informed to this Court that the petitioner has already joined on the transferred place, and even otherwise, this Court does not find any merit in this petition, therefore, present writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 8.
