1. Heard Mr. Manish Nigam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Sakib Ahmed, learned Panel Lawyer for respondents No.1 to 3 / State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“(i) quash the Crime no./FIR No.35/2022, registered at Police Station-Nagarar, District- Bastar (CG) (Annexure P/1). (ii) Quash the Charge-sheet (Annexure P/2) filed before the Court of Special Judge (SC & ST Prevention of Atrocities Act), Jagdalpur, District- Bastar pursuant to Crime no./FIR No.35/2022, registered at Police Station-Nagarnar District- Bastar (CG). (iii) Quash the proceedings pending before Special Judge (SC & ST Atrocities Act), Jagdalpur, District- Bastar in Special Case no.14/2022.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits he does not want to press this petition as the trial is at the verge of its completion.
