Today, when the matter is taken up, both the parties i.e., appellant/plaintiff as well respondent/defendant jointly filed the I.A.No.1 of 2025 under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. to record the joint compromise memo, which is filed along with this application, and to pass a decree in terms of compromise as mentioned in the said joint compromise memo. 3. Both parties present before the Court, they admitted the terms of compromise mentioned in the said joint compromise memo as true and correct and gave consent to record the same. 4. Both the parties have filed their Photostat copy of Aadhaar cards and they were identified by their respective learned counsel. They filed a compromise memo, wherein, it was mentioned that the appellant/plaintiff agreed to take 202.22 sq. yards as well respondent/defendant agreed to take 213.77 sq. yards and accordingly, they got registered the sale vide \ . 2 Document Nos.3516/2013 and 3515/2013 dated 31.05.2023 respectively and the copies of those documents were also filed before the Court. Pursuant to the above, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered by recording the compromise between the parties as per the terms of compromise mentioned in the joint compromise memo, which shall be part and parcel of the decree and judgment in the present Appeal Suit No.463 of 2015. 5. Since the joint compromise memo is accepted by both the parties and in view of the above mentioned circumstances, the appeal i.e., A.S.No.463 of 2015 is disposed of in terms of compromise as mentioned in I.A.No.1 of 2025.
