Heard Mr. Shaleen Singh Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the appellant/State and Mr. Maneesh Sharma learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5. 2. Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the criminal revision preferred by the complainant, Mukesh Singh Rathor, against respondent No.5 has already been dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Revision No.712/2006 vide order dated 10.07.2017. It has further been submitted that the appeal preferred against respondents No.1 to 4 and 6 has also been dismissed at the admission stage. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking note of the fact that the challenge against the acquittal of all the respondents has already been adjudicated and dismissed either in revision or in appeal, no further cause of action survives for consideration in the present matter.
