1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming for restoration of the petitioner’s administrative and functional status as Head Master ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.08.07 11:41:50 +0530
2 after rationalization of the Primary School, Kharkena, Bock- Takhatpur, Dist- Bilaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission that the petitioner may be permitted to make his representation raising his grievances before the Respondent No. 4 and then the Respondent No. 4 may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the Respondent/ State though opposes on merits, however, he would submit that they have no objection if a direction is being given to the authorities concerned to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner if so filed by him.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move his fresh representation within two weeks from today to the Respondent No. 4 along with the copy of this order and if such representation is being made by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No. 4 in accordance with law under the applicable rules and circulars within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
