Tiwari, Spl.P.P. --- 03/02.12.2025 All these Bail Applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, all these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Cyber Cases), Dhanbad. On 01.09.2025, Cyber Police Dhanbad, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Lower Bazar Chirkunda, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended four persons. On search, seven mobile phones were recovered from the place of occurrence. It was submitted that joint seizure list was made by the raiding party. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation as to which mobile phone was recovered from each of the accused. -2- Mr. Shailendra Kr. Tiwari, learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that during course of investigation, it transpired that one of the mobile phones so recovered was used in cheating a person. However, on specific query, as to from whose possession this mobile phone was recovered, it was submitted that this fact has not come during the course of investigation. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Cyber Cases), Dhanbad, in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
