ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ to issue an order or direction or Writ more particularfy one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the proceedings of 2 respondent dated 17.03.2022, 08.03.2022, 06.04.2022, 24.03.2022, 29.03.2022, 22.03.2022, 25.03.2022, 21.03.2022, 16.03.2022, 26.07.2022, 09.01.2023, 23.03.2022, 11.04.2022 and 17.03.2022 in directing respondents No.3 to 6 to collect Rs.30,000/- towards intern fee, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the circular instructions dated 04.03. 2022 and 19.05.2022 and 09.05.2023 issued by 8th respondent and consequently direct the respondents No.3 to 6 to refund the intern fee of Rs.30,000/- and to pass ”
2. This Court vide
order dated 09.01.2024, has granted interim direction to the respondents No.3 to 6 to refund the intern fee of Rs30,000/- paid at the time of joining as interns, within a period of three weeks.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri C. Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in view of the interim
order of this Court dated 09.01.2024, the respondents No.3 to 6 have refunded the intern fee. Therefore, in view of compliance of the interim order of this Court, nothing survives in the present writ petition for further adjudication and hence requests this Court the same may be closed.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Medical Health F.W. and Sri V.V. Anil Kumar,
learned counsel for the respondents do not refute the said
submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. Recording the above submissionsof both the learned counsels, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
