Before the trial court, he filed an application to compare the signature found in the pronote since he denied that it is not the signature of him. But he sought prayer for production of the pronote along with vakalat and other documents which was not accepted by the trial judge. Aggrieved over the same, the defendant has preferred the revision. 3. The trial judge has observed that the signature found in vakalat is not a relevant document to compare the signature found in pronote which belongs to the year of 2022. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no contemporaneous documents to compare the signature. Therefore, the observation made by the trial judge requires no interference. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
