The present transfer petition has been filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.676 of 2024 to the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Ramgarh from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. The Original Suit No.676 of 2024 has been filed by the opposite party against the present petitioner (wife) for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. 2. Both learned counsels have jointly submitted that both the parties have settled their dispute at D.L.S.A., Ramgarh, which is annexed in the counter affidavit (Annexure.-A) filed by the learned counsel for the opposite party. It is further submitted that both the parties have agreed to reside together and it is also mentioned at para 11 of the compromise petition that the husband of the petitioner is a railway employee and their transfer is proposed so she is taking time for 3 months to take his wife along with him. 3.
