ELEVATED AS JUDGE The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: 2 “to issue an appropriate writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus i directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner from 1.11.2014 to 31.10.2016 in the capacity of Senior Assistant-cum-Manager (ii) directing the respondents to pay all the retiremental benefits consequent upon attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2016 (iii) directing the respondents to complete the process within a time bound programme as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 2 months iv declaring their action as illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides being in violation of the provisions of the A P Chairtable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 1987 and the Rules framed and to pass...” 2. On 11.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, none appeared for the petitioner despite the matter being posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 3. Smt. Vijaya Durga Oguri, learned counsel representing Sri K.Koteswara Rao learned Standing Counsel for Endowment would submit that the petitioner has retired from service and the retirement benefits amounting to Rs. 7,95,112/- have been paid to the petitioner vide DD No. 53853263 dated 07.04.2025 and DD No. 53853265 dated 08.04.2025. To that effect, the instructions submitted by respondent No.3, vide Lr.in.Rc.No.B3/4375/2017, dated 08.04.2025, is placed before this Court. 3 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of learned Standing Counsel for Endowment, the Writ Petition is closed by making the instructions dated 08.04.2025 submitted by respondent No.3 as part of the record. 5. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from taking recourse to law as permissible, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
