RSA-3028-1999 (O&M) -2- It is thus apparent that neither anybody is appearing on behalf of the appellant nor the order dated 14.10.2024 has been complied. Even on 14.10.2024, nobody had appeared for the appellant. All the circumstances indicate that appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the appeal. Dismissed in default for want of prosecuon.
