The judgment debtors filed an objection petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act against the Arbitral Award dated 20.01.2021, which had already been dismissed by this Court on 17.01.2022. Further, the judgment debtors’ appeal being FAO (OS) (COMM) 64/2022, has also been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 21.08.2025. 3. For the said reasons, issue notice to the judgment debtors. 4. Mr. Ankit, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the judgment debtors and has no objection to the application being allowed. 5.
