CMP(T) No.613 of 2019 Applicant-Shanti has filed the instant application for bringing on record in the instant case as her husband [Bal Bahadur] had died on 14.11.2015 as per the Death Certificate [Annexure A-1]. Application further indicates that there are no other legal heirs except the applicant. Application is supported by an affidavit. Instant application was filed in the year 2016 and since then, the application is pending and there is no opposition to the same also. Accordingly, the applicant [Shanti] is brought on record as legal heir of deceased petitioner [Bal Bahadur]. Registry to carry out necessary correction in the Memo of Parties. Amended Memo of Parties annexed with the application is taken on record. The application stands disposed of.
